To be caught where the glory cloud or protective presence of God used to be was to become a target for Isreal's enemies. Noted among them were the Amalekites who 'cut off all who were lagging behind.' [Deut. 25:18]. We must strive to keep up with each prophetic move of God lest we find ourselves lagging behind in our knowledge of Him and be rendered weak and helpless against the wicked spirits of ignorance, instability and misdirection."
