It is to the pursuer's advantage that he formulates a clear picture of where he is going and how he will get there, even before he makes the first step of his journey. It will keep him focused and discipline. Proverbs 29:18 [NIV] admonishes :- Where there is no revelation [vision], the people cast off restraint. [they become in-disciplined and act disorderly.

In March 2001, the Lord began to deal with Rev. Sherron Parrish concerning a fountain with beautiful springs of living water, decorated in an array of colors. At that particular time Rev. Parrish did not quite understand what God was showing her. So the Lord began to speak to her through a revelation of His Word in Psalm 36:8,9, saying that as the people reach out to the Lord, He would be their fountain that shall never run dry and that He would richly bless His people.

The State of Florida approved fountain of Life International Ministries as a community based organization in September 2001 and it became a Worship Center in November 2003. The mission of this apostolic and prophetic ministry is to prepare the nations for the coming of Jesus Christ while establishing the Kingdom of God on earth. Some of the methods and medium used in attaining this goal are: by engaging in street evangelism, strategic use of mass media, various schools of training such as school of the prophets, school for pastors, grade school from K5-12 grade and school for youth leadership training, as well as establishing adult living facilities.

Fountain of Life's statement of faith is such that we acknowledge doctrinal differences, but choose to be united through our intercessor, Jesus Christ. We embrace and support compassionate Christianity, which emphasizes relationship over religion. Fountain of Life believes that we live by one principle, and that is, to love God with all our heart and mind and soul and strength, and our neighbors as ourselves. And this is possible only through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in our lives.
