It is to the pursuer's advantage that he formulates a clear picture of where he is going and how he will get there, even before he makes the first step of his journey. It will keep him focused and discipline. Proverbs 29:18 [NIV] admonishes :- Where there is no revelation [vision], the people cast off restraint. [they become in-disciplined and act disorderly.

Reverend Jemma Parks

Reverend Jemma Parks functions as the care-giver and pastoral leader at Divine Restoration Worship Tabernacle located off Store Bay Local Road, Crown Point, Tobago. A born again believer in the Lord Jesus Christ for the past 28 years, Reverend Parks has a passion for intercession, women and youths which she has nurtured through her involvement within the Christian arena.

During her walk with the Lord she has functioned in various leadership positions, including president of various women’s ministries. One her signature ministries is Bridge Builders of Tobago, which focused on the gathering of pastors and their wives.

She has also functioned in the capacity of Youth Sponsor and Religious Instructor within the school system. Through her guidance and oversight she has brought direction to the lives of many young persons who desired to serve the Lord in the pastoral ministry; thus being instrumental in preparing another generation for successfully receiving and running with the baton of the glorious gospel in the race set before the Body of Christ.

As a result of the testing in her own life Reverend Parks is now motivated by an unbending desire to build strong and godly families so that God can indeed have godly seed in the nations of the earth. This focus has resulted in her passing on her godly heritage to her four children as well as becoming a licensed marriage officer in Trinidad and Tobago. In addition, she has distinguished herself academically by attaining degrees in Christian Psychology and Theology. In her present walk with the Lord Reverend Jemma Parks stands as a living testimony that God is indeed a “God of the second chance”.
